At Wireless Bluetooth Speakers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If your speaker doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Place the speaker and all original accessories, including charging cables and manuals, back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
